How Flotix uses Google Calendar

Flotix is a lead and task management application. Sales teams and individual professionals use Flotix to track leads on Kanban boards and to schedule follow-up calls, meetings and reminders against each lead.

What Flotix accesses, and why

Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional — Flotix works fully without it. If you choose to connect it, Flotix requests a single permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar, and uses it only to:

  • Create a Google Calendar event when you schedule a follow-up on a lead in Flotix, so the follow-up appears on the calendar you already use.
  • Update that event when you change the follow-up date, time or details in Flotix.
  • Delete that event when you cancel or complete the follow-up in Flotix.
  • Read your existing events, so Flotix can show your schedule and warn you about conflicts before you book a follow-up.

What Flotix never does

Flotix never sells your Google Calendar data, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train AI or machine-learning models. Flotix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting at any time

You can disconnect Google Calendar whenever you like from your Flotix profile settings, or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
