These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flotix application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Flomiz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Flotix. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Flotix only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (boards, cards, notes, attachments, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Flotix offers optional integrations, including Google Calendar. Your use of such integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms and policies. You may connect or disconnect these integrations at any time. Our handling of data received through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flomiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
